Flailing.

I had it in my mind that it would be easier once Ian got home.  It is in a way.  I missed him SOOO much.  I love being able to talk to him face-to-face (hugs and smooches are pretty nice, too).  That has been fantastic.

Except I'm stalled in PCP.  I lack motivation in the exercises and am pretty much uninterested in eating at all.  Head cold isn't helping, but it's deeper than that.

I started this project to re-align my eating habits and get back into a regular exercise routine.  My goal was to lose 20 pounds.  I've done that.  And now I'm stalled.  It's so hard to rev myself up.  I'm working on it, but man, it's tough.

  1. I keep telling myself, I have the next 8 zillion days to NOT be on PCP, so what's 25ish more days ON PCP? That, and on a more practical level, we all spend some $$ to do this, so not taking advantage of it becomes that much more painful for me...

Maybe you just need to get over the "ian is home" hurdle, once things get back to normal you can truck on through this thing?

Can you tell that I like to help other people solve problems?? :)

  2. I'd say just see, once in your life, how much you can change your body in 90 days. The experiment won't mean much if you get all half-hearted on Day 60 right?

  4. I don't have much in the way of motivational speech, but you've come really far, and just think of how much more transformation can come in the next few weeks (that's all that's left anyway.)

  5. put some pictures up! Bet you will see a big difference! Promise you it will make you FEEL BETTER! Put em up.

Get back in the swing girl and finish strong.

Re-set the goals. 20 lbs was too easy. You didnt think you would get it done, and now you have. Make it 25.

    MAKE IT HAPPEN!
